High strangeness

A phrase for cases that pile up bizarre, overlapping details beyond a single neat category like “ghost” or “UFO.”

Popularised in UFO and paranormal writing for reports that feel dreamlike, multi-layered, or category-breaking.

It is a descriptive mood, not a diagnosis — still write down the concrete sequence of events.
