Infrasound

Very low-frequency sound that people may feel more than hear, sometimes linked to unease or vibration.

Fans, traffic, and industrial sources can produce infrasound. Some research explores links to anxiety or visual oddities.

It is one mundane hypothesis among many when a room feels “wrong” without an obvious cause.
