Sleep paralysis

A state between sleep and waking where the body cannot move, sometimes with a sensed presence or pressure.

Sleep paralysis is well documented medically. Hallucinated figures or chest pressure can feel intensely real.

If experiences only happen on waking or falling asleep, mention that timing — it changes how others read the report.
